In a national press release Angel Medflight or Scottsdale, AZ “offers condolences” to the families of victims after group’s air ambulance crash. The press release from Angel Medflight makes no mention of any changes to their safety systems.
In a Facebook post Alaska state troopers state:
“An Angel Flight fixed wing aircraft departed from Hanscom Field in Bedford, Mass., and was headed to Rome, N.Y., before it crashed just after 5 p.mAngel Flight is a nonprofit air medical transport group that provides free flights to patients in need. The twin engine Piper PA34 was lost from radar screens at approximately 5:45pm last evening. Shortly thereafter, 911 calls started coming in reporting a plane had crashed in the woods and swamp in Ephratah, NH. There were 3 souls on board, a pilot and two passengers.”
